Partners in Flight Conservation Business Plan (CBP) Workshops. Partners in Flight (PIF), the Western Hemisphere Migratory Species Initiative (WHMSI) and the Organization of American States, and the University of Guadalajara performed two Partners in Flight Conservation Business Plan (CBP) Workshops. The two sequential two-day workshops brought experts from Latin America and North America together to provide needed Latin American input in the development of two PIF Conservation Business Plans.
