John was a World War II veteran and served the General Secretariat of the OAS from 1969 to 1987

directing part of the Regional Program of Educational Development (PREDE), a priority program of the

General Secretariat at that time.

Maria Teresa worked for the Organization of American States (OAS) for 30 years with commitment and dedication. She started in 1959 at the then Pan American Union, and retired in 1989 while serving in the Department of

Human Resources.

Todd served at the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States from 1979 until 1996. Todd initiated his career as Administrative Officer in the OAS Office in Grenada until 1987. In 1988 he was designated as OAS Country Representative of the OAS Office in Saint Lucia until his retirement on 1996.

Sergio served the Organization of American States (OAS) for 16 years,

from 1971 to 1987, in the Radio Unit “La Voz de la OEA” of the Department of

Public Information.

José served the Organization of American States (OAS) for 30 years, from 1969 to 1999. During his

career with the OAS, he rose from the rank of Chief of the Systems Development Division to Deputy Director of the Department of Management Systems, and later became the Director of said Department, currently

known as the Department of Management Systems and Information Technology.

Gloria worked for the Organization of American States (OAS) for more than

20 years. She left the OAS on April 14, 1995.

Gloria was a member of the OAS Staff Committee in the decade of the 90’s.

As a member of the Committee Gloria was very active in the defense of staff contractual rights.

Mario worked at the Organization of American States (OAS) from 1976 to March 31, 1996.
