Life Insurance
The GS/OAS offers a US$10,000.00 Life Insurance benefit to retirees who meet the requirements to be retired by the Retirement and Pension Committee. The benefit is payable as designated in the Designation of Beneficiary filed in the retiree’s personal file in the Department of Human Resources..
The Designation of Beneficiary Form should be used for this purpose and should be maintained updated.

1. I lost my ID card, how can I get a new one?
New ID cards can be requested directly to Cigna calling 855-488-0548; you should get the cards in 10 business days. You can also request a new ID card through www.mycigna.com or via e-mail [email protected]
