4.6 Criminal Justice System Process - ICCS Crimes Level 1
4.6.6.3 Persons held for: Injurious acts of a sexual nature (ICCS 03)
“Persons held” means persons held on a specified day and should exclude non-criminal prisoners held for administrative purposes, for example, persons held pending investigation into their immigration status or foreign citizens without a legal right to stay. “Injurious acts of a sexual nature” are those criminal offences defined in Section 03 of the International Classification of Crime for Statistical Purposes (ICCS), UNODC, Mar 2015, pp.50-53.
