Objective: Improve the capacities related to transnational organized crime and the efficient use of Special Investigation Techniques, confirmation and judgement in the framework of constitutional guarantees so that the available proofs can be used for the confirmation of a crime and of criminal participation. Strengthen the knowledge on the running and practical implementation of such techniques. Strengthen and update the knowledge, abilities and behaviors of the recipients in relation to the judiciary examination of the investigation mechanisms of organized crime.
