01. Persons prosecuted
"PERSONS PROSECUTED" means the total number of persons alleged offenders against whom prosecution was commenced in the reporting year, by the public prosecutor or the law enforcement agency responsible for prosecution, at the national level, irrespective of the case-ending decision.
