It is essential to propose a coordinated, harmonized and co-creative political-parliamentary system with the different levels of the State in order to shift political action towards a more efficient and effective execution of normative frameworks, legislation and actions of political control, that allow us to attend the complicated social, economic, health and human rights situations that the pandemic is already leaving behind in the hemisphere.
This space will allow young parliamentarians from different OAS member states to present, from a plural perspective, their points of view about the importance of innovating in the ways of building spaces for dialogue and promoting robust negotiation that guarantees in times of COVID- 19 the protection of health and human development, and in the medium and long term, the guarantees for a sustained, inclusive, more digital and equitable economic development.
