6. Criminal Justice System Personnel & Capacity
6.1.1a.x Police Personnel (Males, percentage)
"Police Personnel (Males, Percentage)” represents the total number of Male Police Personnel, as a PERCENTAGE of the total number of Police Personnel (Males & Females).
It is calculated as follows: Male Police Personnel, Rate (MP) = (TNMP/TP)*100; where TNMP is the total number of Male Police Personnel; and TP is the total number of Police Personnel (Men & Women).
POLICE PERSONNEL" means personnel in public agencies as at December 31 whose principal functions are prevention, detection and investigation of crime and apprehension of alleged offenders.
