6. Criminal Justice System Personnel & Capacity
6.1.1b.x Police personnel (Females, percentage)
"Police Personnel (Females, Percentage)" represents the total number of Female Police Personnel, as a PERCENTAGE of the total number of Police Personnel (Males & Females).
It is calculated as follows: Female Police Personnel, Rate (WP) = (TNWP/TP)*100; where TNWP is the total number of Female Police Personnel; and TP is the total number of Police Personnel (Men & Women).
"POLICE PERSONNEL" means personnel in public agencies as at December 31 whose principal functions are prevention, detection and investigation of crime and apprehension of alleged offenders.
