"Female persons convicted for Rape" means the total number of Female persons found guilty of a href="http://www.oas.org/IOS/glossarydetails.aspx?lang=en&type=0&id=28">Rape by any legal body authorized to pronounce a conviction under national criminal law, whether or not the conviction was later upheld.
