4.4.2.2 Total Persons brought before the Criminal Courts, with legal representation; of which: at no cost for the beneficiary
It means the total of persons brought before any legal body authorized to pronounce a conviction under national criminal law, WITH LEGAL REPRESENTATION BY A LAWYER before a prosecutor, court or tribunal, AT NO COST FOR THE BENEFICIARY, (whether the person is finally acquitted or convicted), at the national level.
