Rights of Migrant Workers and their families

In August 2008, the Inter-American Juridical Committee (CJI) through the resolution " The Legal Status of Migrant Workers and their Families in International Law,), approved the "Primer or Manual on the Rights of Migrant Workers and their Families”, as established by the corresponding resolution adopted by the Committee.
