Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Article 53 of the Charter of the Organization of American States provides: "The Organization of American States accomplishes its purposes by means of: ... d) The Inter-American Juridical Committee (CJI)." Chapter XIV of the Charter, in Articles 99 to 105, establishes a number of rules to govern this advisory body. On the other hand, the Juridical Committee has a Statute and Rules of Procedure.
