Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

In furtherance of the mandate from the OAS General Assembly “…to
continue promoting the Model Law on Secured Transactions among member
states” (AG/RES. 2909), the Department carries out various
capacity-building activities and works in collaboration with other
international organizations and entities involved in secured
transactions reforms.
