Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

among member states further dissemination of private international law,
in collaboration with organizations and associations engaged in this
area, including the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law
(UNCITRAL), the Hague Conference on Private International Law, the
International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT),
and the American Association of Private International Law (ASADIP)”
(AG/RES. 2930, June 2019) and “…to enlist the cooperation of other
actors interested in promoting and applying private international law as
a cooperation tool to seek to reactivate the economy, strengthen small
businesses, resolve conflicts between individuals, and provide legal
certainty to private, cross-border activities of all persons in the
Hemisphere” (AG RES. 2959, October 2020).
