Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

Objectives:
Finalize plans for a voluntary ratcheting the energy standard labelling (ESL) scheme to be jointly implemented by the Ministry of Energy, Science and Technology and Public Utilities (MESPU) and public utility BEL with a complementary financial and market mechanisms to drive widespread adoption;
Develop an ESL scheme to be jointly implemented by the BoS and MESTPU setting minimum thresholds for lighting, cooling, refrigeration, fans and motors;
Training local stakeholders on Minimum Energy Performance Standards and the new model for the Energy Services Network.
