Financing Your US Education

Many Rowe Fund beneficiaries have described their higher education studies in the U.S. as a once in-a-lifetime experience.  However, higher education in the United States is expensive.  The rising cost of tuition fees in the US require international students to utilize a combination of strategies to finance their studies.  These strategies include: using personal savings, cutting expenses, exploring employment possibilities and, identifying supplementary sources of financial aid.

"The Financial Guide for Higher Education in the Americas” is a useful compilation of resources such as scholarships, fellowship, grants, search engines, and loans available for Latin American and Caribbean students wishing to study or currently studying in the United States.  The information is organized by offering country.

"The OAS Rowe Fund loan helped me in the last stages of attaining my doctoral degree and I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to have this small but important assistance during my schooling."
