The Ministry of Interior of Paraguay has the Police Information System, through which police reports are filed and processed.  Within the Ministry of Interior there is a Citizen Coexistence and Security National Observatory (ONSCC, for its acronym in Spanish) that was established pursuant to Cabinet Resolution Nº 194 of April 29, 2011. The Observatory collects, processes and analyzes citizen coexistence and security related data, to prepare reports that help to understand the actual crime trends as well as their evolution in the country.
