Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Since 1962 the OAS has deployed over 240 Electoral Observation Missions (OAS/EOMs) in 27 countries throughout the continent. The missions have progressively expanded the scope of their work through the implementation of methodologies that allow the analysis of key aspects of the electoral cycle such as gender equity in political campaigns, political financing systems, access to media and participation of indigenous and Afro-descendant peoples.

Technical Cooperation
Based on the recommendations made by the Electoral Observation Missions, DECO develops projects and activities to contribute to the modernization and improvement of the quality of services provided by electoral bodies. Among other projects, DECO has offered technical cooperation in the audit of electoral rolls, and in the design and support of computer systems and processes for results transmission. Read more
