Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The Secretariat for Transparency of the Presidency of the Republic of Colombia, the Presidential Agency for Cooperation of Colombia, the European Union Programme for the Promotion of Social Cohesion in Latin America (EUROsocial II), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the OECD are also involved in organizing the event.
The meeting, to which delegates from the OAS Member States with responsibility for or direct impact on public policy making are invited, is part of the term of Colombia as Chair of the Committee of Experts of The Mechanism for Follow-Up on the Implementation of the Inter-American Convention against Corruption (MESICIC), and aims to support work with the private sector in preventing corruption, among other issues. The agenda to be discussed includes topics such as including the responsibility of legal persons, the protection of those who report acts of corruption, lists and registers of ethical corporations, and international standards and instruments regarding corporate ethics.
