YWiL is a national leadership programme, which will bring together young women between the ages of 18-25 who are interested in politics and community leadership for a series of skill-building workshops and dialogue on themes of importance. Participants complete a training programme on transformational leadership, gender equality, and parliamentary procedure and take part in an all-women simulated parliamentary sitting in the national Parliament.
