Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Hosted Members of Venezuela’s “Mesa de Unidad Democrática”

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) hosted this morning Ramón José Medina, Omar Barboza, Ismael García and Luis Aquiles Moreno, Venezuelan political leaders members of the country’s “Mesa de Unidad Democrática” (Board of Democratic Unity). They traveled to Washington to present their views on the internal political situation in Venezuela. Secretary General Insulza listened to their perspectives, fulfilling his duty to hear opinions from the various political sectors of Member States, based upon such requests to the General Secretariat.
