Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

New OAS Executive Secretary for Integral Development confirmed by Development Body

The Inter-American Council for Integral Development (CIDI) of the Organization of American States (OAS) today confirmed Ambassador Neil Parsan as the Executive Secretary for Integral Development of the Organization.
“It will be an honor for me to serve the OAS and all its member countries,” said Executive Secretary Parsan, who was appointed by Secretary General Luis Almagro. “I feel not only honored to be part of the team of contributors of Secretary General Almagro, but also privileged to have the opportunity to lead the select group of dedicated and committed professionals that accompany me.”
“The OAS has much to contribute to the development of the Americas,” added Ambassador Parsan, “and the door is open to focus its work, maximize its resources and intensify its efforts.”
A former Ambassador of Trinidad and Tobago to the United States of America and to the OAS (2011-2015), Executive Secretary Parsan has a long and rich experience in the development field and is well versed in the workings of the Organization and the hemisphere.
