Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS FORMS DELEGATION OF FOREIGN MINISTERS TO TRAVEL TO HONDURAS

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) announced today that the Foreign Ministers of Argentina, Jorge Taiana; Canada, Peter Kent; Costa Rica, Bruno Stagno; Jamaica, Kenneth Baugh; Mexico, Patricia Espinosa; and Dominican Republic, Carlos Morales Troncoso will make up the delegation that will travel to Honduras next week for the purpose of promoting the reestablishment of democratic order in that Central American nation.
The mission, which will arrive in Honduras at noon on Tuesday, will be accompanied by the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza; the Secretary of Polical Affairs of the OAS, Victor Rico; and the Special Advisor , John Biehl.
