Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

Secretary General Insulza Heads OAS Mission to Paraguay

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today travelled to Paraguay heading a mission of the organization that will hold a series of meetings with the highest authorities of the powers of the state, with former President Fernando Lugo, and with other political actors.
The mission headed by Secretary General Insulza is made up of the Permanent Representatives to the OAS from Mexico, Haiti, Canada, the United States, and Honduras, is of an informative nature and, upon its return to Washington, will deliver a report to the Permanent Council.
