Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. NEW AMBASSADOR OF BARBADOS PRESENTS CREDENTIALS TO OAS SECRETARY GENERAL

The new Permanent Representative of Barbados to the Organization of American States (OAS), Ambassador John E. Beale, presented credentials today to Secretary General, José Miguel Insulza, during a ceremony that took place at the OAS headquarters in Washington D.C.
After welcoming the new diplomat, the Secretary General stated that the institution he leads hopes “to continue working towards the unity and the common interests of the countries of the Americas”, and he affirmed that the relation between the Caribbean nations and the Organization of American States has significantly increased and has consolidated during the past few years, expressing that “we want to maintain it that way”.
Ambassador John E. Beale stated that he will work to deepen the good relationship that his country has traditionally had with the OAS, and expressed his desire to work jointly with the Secretary General, the Assistant Secretary General, and the representatives from the 34 countries that comprise the Organization. “I want to help maintain the ideals and aspirations of the OAS” he added.
The new Permanente Representative of Barbados has a long experience in the economic and finance fields, he holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and possesses a vast knowledge of the region and of the Organization.
