Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

Remarks by the OAS Secretary General on the report of the International Commission against Impunity in Guatemala

Regarding the information provided today by the International Commission against Impunity in Guatemala (CICIG) on the death of lawyer Rodrigo Rosenberg, the OAS Secretary General, José Miguel Insulza, said: “I hope that the result of this detailed investigation will definitively clear all doubts surrounding this unfortunate incident, particularly those that hinted at hidden political ramifications. We must thank the work of CICIG and especially its head, Spanish public prosecutor Carlos Castresana, whose dedication made this result possible.”
