Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Permanent Council to Discuss the Use of the Ocean as a Resource for Sustainable Economic Development

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold an special virtual meeting on Tuesday, December 7 at 11:00 EST (16:00 GMT) to discuss "the use of the ocean as a resource for sustainable economic development."
The meeting will include presentations by:
The Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of the Dominican Republic, Orlando Jorge Mera;
The Vice Minister in charge of Multilateral Affairs and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Panama, Ana Luisa Castro Novey; and
The Professor of Law and Emeritus Dean of American University, Washington College of Law, Member of the United Nations International Law Commission, Claudio Grossman.
