Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. CICAD of the OAS Celebrates its 68th Regular Session in Colombia

The Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD) of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold its sixty-eighth regular session in Bogota from December 9 to 11, 2020.
The inaugural session will feature the participation of:
· Kirsten D. Madison, Assistant Secretary for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL),United States Department of State - CICAD Chair;
· Claudia Blum, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Colombia - Vice Chair of CICAD;
· Luis Almagro, Secretary General, General Secretariat of the OAS;
· Arthur Weintraub, Secretary, Secretariat for Multidimensional Security/OAS; and
· Adam Namm, Executive Secretary, CICAD/OAS.
During the meeting, the new chair for CICAD 2020-2021 will be elected, along with the vice chair, for which Colombia and Costa Rica have presented their candidacies, respectively, while the United States will hand over the chair of the Commission it has held from 2019-2020.
During the sessions, member states will consider for approval the OAS Hemispheric Drug Strategy 2020 and its corresponding Hemispheric Plan of Action on Drugs 2021-2025, as well as the instruments of the Multilateral Evaluation Mechanism for its eighth round, due to commence in 2021.
Commissioners will discuss issues related to demand reduction, institutional strengthening, the control of chemical substances and pharmaceutical products, land, air and maritime drug trafficking, as well as the current state of the world drug problem and its future challenges, among other topics on the agenda.
Delegations from 34 OAS member states will participate together with OAS permanent observers, and representatives from civil society and international organizations.
The inaugural ceremony will be broadcast live on the website of the Foreign Ministry of Colombia. The broadcast will be available with interpretation in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. The rest of the meeting will be private.
