Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS and Government of Israel to Sign Memorandum of Understanding

The Organization of American States (OAS) and the Government of Israel will sign this May 17, 2010, a Memorandum of Understanding between the General Secretariat of the OAS and Israel’s National Agency for International Development Cooperation (MASHAV) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel.
The Secretary General of the OAS, José Miguel Insulza, and the Ambassador of Israel to the United States and Permanent Observer to the OAS, Michael Oren, will sign the agreement. The ceremony will be held in the Hall of Heroes of the OAS Main Building in Washington, DC.
