Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Permanent Council to Consider OAS levels of expenditure for 2018

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a special meeting tomorrow Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) at the Simon Bolivar Hall at OAS headquarters in Washington DC, to consider the “Establishment of the level of expenditure for 2018.”
