Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Inauguration of Luis Almagro Lemes as Secretary General of the OAS

The Secretary General-elect of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro Lemes, will assume his office on Tuesday, May 26 at 17:00 EDT (21:00 GMT) in a Protocolary Meeting of the Permanent Council of the hemispheric Organization, to be held in the Hall of the Americas at its headquarters in Washington, DC.
Media are cordially invited to take part in the meeting, the reception, and an exchange with Secretary General Almagro.
Press can access the event through the main entrance of the headquarters of the hemispheric Organization (17th and Constitution Ave NW, Washington DC 20006) beginning at 15:00 EDT (19:00 GMT). The workspaces for media will be occupied on a “first-come, first-served” basis. An extra room will be made available in the building for the rest of media attending the meeting.
