Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. POOL FOR TV COVERAGE OF THE ASSUMPTION OF OFFICE

The Special Meeting of the OAS Permanent Council on the occasion of the assumption of office by Secretary General Miguel Angel Rodríguez will be held at OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, September 23rd, at 10:30 a.m. The building will be open exclusively to persons who are invited or accredited media. TV crews must use the C Street entrance.
Pool coverage
TV coverage of the event will be done by a media pool. Owing to logistics and space considerations, the plenary room (Hall of the Americas) will be closed to TV cameras. The pool is provided by OAS Television as host broadcaster and will be drawn up by the OAS Department of Public Information Multimedia Unit. TV Pool Feed
A free pool feed will be available in the Multimedia Studio at the OAS Department of Public Information (OAS headquarters, Main Building, 17th Street & Constitution Avenue). This will include coverage of: a) the arrival of authorities; and the plenary session.
Audio and video feeds will be available at plug in points in the Multimedia Studio at the OAS Department of Public Information, free of charge. For the plenary room, audio feeds to the plug-ins will be in the floor audio plus 4 languages (English, Spanish, French and Portuguese). On the other pool feed, only floor audio channel will be available.
Recordings can be made if booked in advance. Additional details are available upon request. All video material will be provided in NTSC format (Beta SP standard, DVC Pro, and Mini-DV on advance request). Pool feeds will be available in recorded format afterwards, for a handling charge.
Broadcaster Support
TV organizations can activate direct fiber optics cable feeds from OAS headquarters, which may be telecast live or videotaped for deferred telecast. Upon request, OAS TV provides video highlight packages to TV organizations and news agencies.
News Coverage
OAS TV provides pool coverage of the OAS Permanent Council meetings in Washington. The coverage is intended for use by broadcasters and is made available in a neutral form for shared pool use.
