Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS to Hold Workshop on Bilateral Cooperation in Migration Management

The Organization of American States (OAS), through its Special Committee on Migration Issues, will hold this April 12 and 13 in Washington, DC a workshop for Member States to share experiences on migration issues, to open a space for learning different management strategies, and to promote cooperation in the region.
The event will be attended by officials and experts on migration management and authorities from countries of the region. Opening remarks will be offered by the Permanent Representative of Paraguay to the OAS, Bernardino Hugo Saguier, who is also the Chair of the Special Committee on Migratory Issues. The meeting will be open to the public. Participants must register before 12:00 EST (16:00 GMT) on April 11 and send the registration form found here to [email protected] to receive their certificate of participation. The opening session will be held at 10:00 EST (14:00 GMT) in the Simón Bolívar Hall of Organization headquarters in Washington, DC.
