Panel of Independent International Experts to Present Report on Possible Crimes against Humanity in Venezuela

The Panel of Independent International Experts designated by the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) to evaluate whether crimes against humanity have been committed in Venezuela will present its report on Tuesday, May 29, at 14:00 EDT (18:00 GMT) at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC.

The experts - Manuel Ventura Robles (Costa Rica), Santiago Cantón (Argentina) and Irwin Cotler (Canada)- will present their conclusions and recommendations in a press conference. Prior to the press conference they will present the report to Secretary General Almagro in a private meeting.
