Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. PARAGUAY PRESIDENT FERNANDO LUGO TO ADDRESS OAS PERMANENT COUNCIL

The President of Paraguay, Fernando Lugo Méndez, will speak before the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) at a Protocolary Meeting convened for next Tuesday, October 28th at 11:30 am.
Lugo will address various issues of his country’s political situation before the Permanent Representatives of the Organization’s 34 Member States, including foreign policy, inter-American relations and human rights.
This will be Lugo’s first appearance before the highest regional body since he took office on August 15, after winning the general elections on April 20. With his victory, Lugo, a former bishop in the Department of San Pedro, in Paraguay, put an end to the 61-year political rule of the Partido Colorado.
Previous to the Protocolary Meeting, President Fernando Lugo will meet with OAS Secretary General, José Miguel Insulza. He will later be formally greeted by the 34 Ambassadors accredited to the hemispheric body.
