Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Journalist Registration for Visit of the UN Secretary General to the OAS

The Secretary General of the OAS, José Miguel Insulza, will meet with United Nations Secretary General, Ban Ki-Moon, in a protocolary visit this Wednesday, February 13, at 10:30 EST (15:30 GMT) at OAS Headquarters in Washington DC.
Journalists, photographers and camera operators who would like to cover and take images of the meeting must be accredited in advance via email to [email protected] and appear at 10:00 EST (15:00 GMT) at the main building of the OAS (17th St & Constitution Ave, NW, Washington, DC).
At 10:30 EST (15:30 GMT) the Secretary General of the OAS will await the UN General Secretary at the front door of the building. (Images of greeting)
At 10:45 EST (15:45 GMT) both authorities will hold a private meeting at the office of the OAS Secretary General (Images in the office prior to the meeting)
At 11:00 EST (16:00 GMT) the OAS Permanent Council will held a protocolary session for Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
