OAS Permanent Council to Discuss Declining Labor Productivity Rates and the Human Capital Exodus

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, February 9 at 10:00 EST (15:00 GMT) to consider the theme “Declining Labor Productivity Rates and the Human Capital Exodus.”

The event will include remarks by:

• The Chief Economist for Latin America and the Caribbean, World Bank, William Maloney,
• Professor of Economics, University of Toronto, Diego Restuccia, and
• The President of the Migration Policy Institute, Andrew Selee
