Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. THE THIRTEENTH OAS POLICY ROUNDTABLE WILL COMMEMORATE THE FIFTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE DECLARATION ON SECURITY IN THE AMERICAS

On the occasion of the Fifth Anniversary of the Declaration on Security in the Americas, the Organization of American States (OAS) is organizing the Thirteenth OAS Policy Roundtable on Thursday, February 19th, 2009 which will discuss current perspectives and new challenges related to the commitments acquired with that Declaration.
The thirteenth OAS Policy Roundtable will be moderated by the Secretary General, José Miguel Insulza. Experts on hemispheric security, as well as representatives from the academia will be part of the panel discussion, among them are Professor Guadalupe González from the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas in Mexico; Arq. Guillermo A. Pacheco Gaitán, Associate Professor in National Security at the Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies of Guatemala; Marcela Donadio, Executive Director of the Red de Seguridad y Defensa de las Américas (RESDAL) of Argentina; and Margaret Daly, Vice President and Principal of EBR Associates Hayes of the United States.
The Special Conference on Security, held in Mexico City in October 2003, adopted the Declaration on Security in the Americas. This Declaration introduced a new concept of security in the Hemisphere which considers “its multidimensional scope, includes traditional and new threats, concerns, and other challenges to the security of the states of the Hemisphere, incorporates the priorities of each state, contributes to the consolidation of peace, integral development, and social justice, and is based on democratic values, respect for and promotion and defense of human rights, solidarity, cooperation, and respect for national sovereignty.”
