Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. OAS Secretary General Meets with Representatives of ANEPE

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today met with the Director and former Director of the Chilean National Academy of Political and Strategic Studies (ANEPE), Rear Admiral Harald Kurt Sievers Zimmerling, and Brigadier General Wether Araya Menghini.
The meeting took place within the framework of the graduation of the 51st Class of the Inter-American Defense College, which was held at the headquarters of the OAS in Washington, DC, a ceremony in which General Anaya Menghini was presented with an honorary degree.
The ANEPE maintains a close collaboration with the Inter-American Defense College, offering its students options to complete their masters’ degrees in relation with the academic program of the hemispheric institution.
Rear Admiral Sievers Zimmerling and General Araya Menghini were accompanied by the Chief of the Chilean Naval Mission in Washington, Captain Marcelo Gomez.
