Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. OAS Secretary General Opened Exhibit <i>"Ñew York"</i> at the Art Museum of the Americas

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, opened the exhibit "Ñew York” at the Art Museum of the Americas in Washington, DC, a collection of work by artists from ten Latin American countries and Spain to remain open until May 20.
In his presentation, the Secretary General highlighted “the opportunity to enjoy and learn from our fellow Ibero-American artists and their works created amid one of the world’s leading cultural hubs,” and added that the artwork “is a visual representation of the convergence of experiences and cultures, migration and mobility.”
“The ability to use creative expression to communicate our shared core values of personal freedom and human dignity, which motivate so much of the work of our Organization, makes this exhibition exemplary of the Art Museum of the Americas as a key element in communicating our mission to the public”.
Ñew York, curated by Paco Cano, Eva Mendoza Chandas and Jodie Dinapoli, showcases the work of 19 artists: Sol Aramendi (Argentina) Julieta Aranda (Mexico), Ada Bobonis (Puerto Rico), Alberto Borea (Peru), Antón Cabaleiro (Spain), Juanma Carrillo (Spain), Nicky Enright (Ecuador), Félix Fernández (Spain), Jessica Lagunas (Guatemala), Abigail Lazkoz (Spain), Lluis Lleó (Spain), Manuel Molina Martagón (Mexico), Esperanza Mayobre (Venezuela), Carlos Motta (Colombia), Iván Navarro (Chile), Dulce Pinzón (Mexico), Fernando Renes (Spain), José Ruíz (Peru), and Manuela Viera-Gallo (Chile).
