Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Secretary General Meets with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Vuk Jeremic, and talked about the principal international conflicts as well as specific issues related to Serbia and its relationship to OAS Member States.
During his visit, Minister Jeremic reiterated his country’s desire to continue building ties with Latin America and the Caribbean through the OAS, and referred to a series of meetings he will be holding with leaders of the region during 2011. In this context, he confirmed his participation in the OAS General Assembly to be held in June in San Salvador.
The Secretary General, for his part, referred to the role of the OAS in supporting the political stability of Haiti, and said he was very pleased with the initiatives the Balkan country has taken to strengthen its relationship with the Western Hemisphere.
At the meeting, held at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC, the Serbian minister invited Secretary General Insulza to be a guest of honor during the Week of Latin America his country celebrates in December. The Serbian Republic has been an OAS Permanent Observer since September 2002, and ever since has supported the organization’s activities, mainly those related to electoral observation.
