The Colón Library of the Organization of American States (OAS) welcomed the presentation in Washington, DC of the book “Telling Tales from Saint Lucia”, written by the Saint Lucian professor, Nahdjla Carasco Bailey.

The collection of stories, which is a children’s book, narrates tales based on the Saint Lucian culture and intertwines them with ancient legends.

The book’s presentation was delivered by Jacqueline Cochez, wife of Panama’s Permanent Representative to the OAS, Guillermo Cochez, and the Permanent Representative of Saint Lucia, Ambassador Michael Louis, who highlighted the importance the author has in her country.
