Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Chair of the Permanent Council Opened the OAS Model General Assembly for University Students

The Chair of the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) and Permanent Representative of Suriname to the OAS, Niermala Badrising, today opened the 2015 edition of the Model General Assembly of the Organization for university students at the headquarters of the hemispheric institution in Washington DC.
The event, organized together with the Institute for Diplomatic Dialogue in the Americas (IDDA), and which will take place until Friday, April 3, is a simulation exercise in which students from across the Hemisphere represent diplomats from OAS member states and debate resolutions on the current issues of the Inter-American agenda. The model Assemblies promote knowledge about the institution at the various levels of university education, as well as the development of leadership in the students, their ability to negotiate, work in teams, and resolve conflicts.
In addition to the Chair of the Permanent Council, the opening of the event included the participation of the Director of the Department of International Affairs of the OAS, Jane Thery; and Profession Darío Pereyra of the Universidad Nacional de La Matanza of Argentina.
