OAS Secretary General Presented Book on U.S. Foreign Policy from 1981 to 1991

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, presented on Monday a compilation of articles titled "Strategies and Processes of Foreign Policy in the United States 1981 - 1991."

The book includes works published by Secretary General Insulza when he was an academic and Director of the Institute for United States Studies at the Center for Economic Research and Teaching Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE) of Mexico.

The work was presented at the Center for North America Studies Centro de investigaciones de América del Norte (CISAN) of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), in the Colegio de San Ildefonso, at an event attended by the Rector of the UNAM, José Narro Robles, and the Deputy Secretary for North America of the Mexican Foreign Ministry, Sergio Alcocer.
