Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Met with the Director of the Hague Institute for the Internationalisation of Law

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today met with Sam Muller, Founding Director of the Hague Institute for the Internationalisation of Law (HiiL), during a visit to the Dutch city.
During the meeting, the Secretary General thanked Director Muller for the granting in 2011 of the Innovative Justice Award to the OAS Program of Judicial Facilitators, as well as for the collaboration of the Institute in the work of the program.
In addition, the two discussed the possibilities of cooperation between their institutions on the issue of access to justice.
