Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Secretary General Insulza Received the Victory Medal from the Ministry of Defense of Brazil

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, received today in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil the Victory Medal from the Minister of Defense of Brazil, Celso Amorim.
The ceremony, that took place at the Escuela de Comando y Estado Mayor General del Ejército was held in the framework of the participation of the leader of the hemispheric institution in the inauguration of the XLI Course on International Law "Dispute Resolution in International Law," and the 85th regular session of the Inter-American Juridical Committee (CJI).
Upon presenting the award to Secretary General Insulza, Minister Amorim said that the medal is given to personalities who have helped Brazil and its defense entities in a relevant, and highlighted the involvement and support of Insulza for the objectives of the country with special emphasis on the support provided by the OAS to the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH). The Brazilian Minister highlighted the professional and personal trajectory of Insulza, his political achievements, and his leadership at the institution in times of crisis in various countries of the region over the last decade. He also congratulated Secretary General Insulza for his work in bringing the Americas together.
Secretary General Insulza thanked Minister Amorim for the award and expressed his appreciation for the support offered by Minister Amorim and the Brazilian government for the work of the OAS. He made special reference to the role developed by the former Foreign Minister and now head of Brazilian Defense, during complex regional times when the OAS had to act, and highlighted the particular work done by Minister Amorim in the region.
