Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

Secretary General Receives Director of Road Safety of FIA Foundation

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today received the Director of Road Safety at the FIA Foundation, T. Bella Dinh-Zarr, at his office in Washington, DC.
During the meeting, the two authorities, together with FIA Foundation Trustees Carlos Macaya Ortiz and Marilena Amoni, discussed the problem of the high indices of deaths due to traffic accidents in the Americas, the possibilities of collaboration between the two institutions to address the issue, and the importance of political will in moving forward on solutions.
Also present at the meeting were Paul Spencer, Advisor in the Office of the Secretary General and the Principal Environmental Specialist for the Department of Sustainable Development of the OAS, Richard Huber.
