Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Receives the Permanent Observer of Israel

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today received the Permanent Observer of Israel, Ambassador Ron Dermer, at the headquarters of the Organization in Washington DC.
During the meeting the two discussed the current political and economic situation in the Hemisphere and the different contributions the country has made to the OAS since it became a Permanent Observer in 1972. Among them, they noted the support for Electoral Missions, Scholarship Programs, Seminars conducted by the Young Americas Business Trust (YABT) and integral development programs, among others.
The Director of the Department of International Affairs of the OAS, Jorge Sanín was present at the meeting.
