Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Met with the Minister of Justice and Public Security of El Salvador

The Secretary General of the Organization of the American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today held a meeting with the Minister of Justice and Public Security of El Salvador, Ricardo Perdomo.
During the meeting, the two discussed the peace plans currently being developed by 11 Salvadoran towns within the “Violence Free Municipalities” program, with the support and promotion of the hemispheric organization.
The event took place within the framework of the official visit of Secretary General Insulza to El Salvador, which included among other activities a meeting with President Mauricio Funes.
